Service

Output is a tool that automatically extracts follow-ups from your customer call notes, sends them to you via Slack for confirmation along with a short prompt for your read on the account, and creates tasks and account health records in your connected destinations when you approve. Use of Output is subject to these terms.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have the authority to bind yourself or your organization to these terms. By using Output you confirm this is the case.

Authorized use

You may use Output only for its intended purpose: processing your own call notes and creating tasks and account records in integrations you have legitimate access to. The following are prohibited:

• Scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract Output's source code or models
• Using Output to process data you do not have rights to access
• Reselling or sublicensing access to Output
• Using Output in any way that violates applicable law

Customer records and account health

Output records your team's own assessment of a customer account — how a call went and how confident they are in the renewal — and, where HubSpot is connected, writes it to that customer's record in your CRM. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to record and store those assessments, for notifying your own people that their responses are recorded and visible to their colleagues, and for anything your team writes. Output does not verify, moderate, or independently form a view on the accuracy of these assessments.

Integrations

You are responsible for having valid, authorized accounts with your chosen meeting source (Granola or Gong), your chosen destinations (HubSpot and/or Monday.com), and Slack. Output acts on your behalf using credentials you provide. You must comply with each third-party service's terms of service when using Output.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee any specific uptime. Output may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

Accuracy

Output uses AI to extract follow-ups from call notes. Extractions may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving items before they are created as tasks. Output is not liable for tasks created or not created based on AI output, nor for business decisions — including renewal, staffing, or escalation decisions — made on the basis of account health recorded through Output.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete account. On termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Output is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Output's liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Output after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
