How it works

What Output does with a call

Every customer call your team has becomes two things: the follow-ups, and a quick read on how the account is doing. Output pulls both out of the call on its own, runs them past a person in Slack, and files them where the team already works — no recap, no spreadsheet, no chasing anyone for an update.

Every call runs both lanes. Follow-ups become tasks in Monday.com or HubSpot. The account read goes to HubSpot only — onto the customer's existing record, where the next person to touch the account will see it. Nothing lands in either system until someone confirms it in Slack.
01

Captured, not written up

After a call, Output reads the notes itself and pulls out what needs to happen next. Nobody types a summary.

02

Confirmed in Slack

A direct message lists the follow-ups to approve or skip, and asks how the call went in three taps. About thirty seconds of work.

03

Filed where you work

Approved follow-ups become tasks in Monday.com or HubSpot. The read on the account is saved to the customer's record in HubSpot.

One thing to notice

Monday.com carries tasks. HubSpot carries tasks and the account read. A read on how an account is doing belongs on that customer's record — and Monday.com doesn't have one.

Every call, captured and filed — without a CSM writing it up.
