Common questions
- What counts as a call?
- Any meeting that generates at least one follow-up. Calls Output can't act on don't count against your limit.
- Can I use both Granola and Gong?
- You pick one source during setup — whichever your team runs on. You can switch later, but Output reads from one at a time.
- Does account health go to Monday.com?
- No — only HubSpot. Account health belongs on the customer record, and Monday.com doesn't have one. Follow-ups become tasks in either.
- When does my quota reset?
- On the 1st of every calendar month, automatically.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time from Settings. You'll keep unlimited access until the end of the billing period.
